Precision Body Lab Terms and Conditions

Application

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings, purchases, gift card purchases, website use and services supplied by Precision Body Lab. By using the website, making a booking, purchasing a service or purchasing a gift card, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Bookings and eligibility

 

Bookings are subject to availability. Precision Body Lab may require customers to complete screening, intake, waiver or consent forms before a service is provided.

 

Customers must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the booking and service. Precision Body Lab may decline, postpone or cancel a booking where safety, eligibility, incomplete information, operational issues or other reasonable concerns arise.

 

Prices and payment

 

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payments may be processed using third-party providers such as Stripe or other payment platforms used by Precision Body Lab. Payment card information is processed through those providers and not stored in full by Precision Body Lab unless expressly stated.

 

Refunds, reschedules and cancellations

 

Refunds, credits, appointment changes, rescheduling and cancellation rules are set out in the Precision Body Lab Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Customers requesting an appointment change, cancellation or refund should contact hello@precisionbodylab.com.au.

 

Gift cards

 

Precision Body Lab may offer gift cards, vouchers or credits for eligible services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law:

  • gift cards are non-refundable

  • gift cards are not redeemable for cash

  • gift cards are transferable

  • gift cards must be used before any stated expiry date

  • gift cards may only be redeemed for eligible Precision Body Lab services or products identified by Precision Body Lab

  • lost, stolen, deleted or unauthorised use of a gift card may not be replaceable

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Customer responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate booking, contact and health-related information

  • following pre-appointment instructions

  • attending appointments on time

  • ensuring the service is suitable for their circumstances, subject to any screening or advice provided by Precision Body Lab

  • reviewing reports, summaries or results in context and seeking independent medical advice where appropriate

 

Services provided by Precision Body Lab are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical care.

 

Reports and service information

 

Precision Body Lab may provide reports, measurements, educational material or general guidance connected with its services. These materials are provided for informational purposes and should be interpreted in context.

Customers should seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner or other appropriate health professional for diagnosis, treatment decisions or urgent health concerns.

 

Website use

 

Website content is provided for general information. Precision Body Lab may update, remove or change website content, pricing, services, offers or booking availability without notice.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.

 

Privacy

 

Precision Body Lab handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

De-identified data and materials

Precision Body Lab may use de-identified or aggregated information, including charts, graphs, case examples or similar materials, for educational, research, service improvement or marketing purposes where individuals are not reasonably identifiable.

 

If specific consent is required for any use, Precision Body Lab will seek that consent.

 

Third-party providers

 

Precision Body Lab may use third-party booking, payment, messaging, hosting, software, analytics or support providers. Precision Body Lab is not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices or service interruptions of those providers, except to the extent required by law.

 

Liability and consumer rights

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Body Lab excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of website use, bookings, delays, third-party systems or reliance on website information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

 

Changes to services or terms

 

Precision Body Lab may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing the updated version on its website. The updated version applies from the date of publication unless stated otherwise.

 

Governing law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
