Please click here to view our appointment change, cancellation and refund policy. In order to reschedule an appointment, make a cancellation or request a refund you must email hello@precisionbodylab.com.au. In the event of a refund, please allow up to 7 days for the funds to be refunded to you.

If a purchase is made via the Precision Body Lab website using your credit card without your knowledge (i.e. if your card had been stolen), a refund will be issued provided proof of theft and/or inappropriate use be obtained from the relevant credit card provider and/or insurance company.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Precision Body Lab uses a third-party payment gateway provider, Stripe, to process all our online credit card payments. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. All Stripe services are PCI DSS compliant and meet the strict standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Precision Body Lab will not pass or sell your personal information to any third party. From time to time, emails may be sent to you from Precision Body Lab containing promotional information. You are able to opt out of this service at any time by contacting us at hello@precisionbodylab.com.au
Use of De-Identified Data and Images
We are committed to upholding your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We may use de-identified clinical data or images such as charts, body composition graphs, or non-identifiable photos for marketing, educational, or research purposes.
All identifying information (e.g., names, faces, dates of birth) is removed before publication. You will never be personally identifiable in any published material.
Examples of use may include:
- Before/after result graphs or images (with names and faces removed)
- Anonymous case study summaries
- Social media or website images with no personal identifiers
